Shipping/Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy (Polyhedra Store)

What shipping options are available?
- As of now, there is only one available shipping option: Standard Shipping. Under this, all domestic (within India) orders will be fulfilled within 6-8 business days. For International packages, order fulfillment may take somewhere between 7-14 business days. In future, more shipping options will be added.
Where do you ship within India?
- We ship all over India.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship internationally.
Do the prices mentioned on the website include the shipping costs?
- Shipping costs will be included in the product price that you see on the website. For products, that do not include shipping costs, the shipping cost will be separately mentioned on the product page.
How long does it take to for you to ship the order, once an order is placed?
- It takes 24-48 hours of processing time for us to pack and ship the order.
How can I cancel my order and get a refund?
- Send an e-mail to aarshbatra.in@gmail.com, from your registered e-mail id (the one you used to sign up for the Polyhedra Appreciation Society) for cancelling your order. In it mention that you want to cancel your order and alongside it mention your Order-ID and name. Once I receive the e-mail, I will process the cancellation and issue a refund, and revert back to you with the details of the issued refund within 1 business day.
I received my order but would like to return it, What should I do?
- Send an e-mail to aarshbatra.in@gmail.com, from your registered e-mail id (the one you used to sign up for the Polyhedra Appreciation Society) for returning an order. In the e-mail mention that you would like to return the order, along with it mention your order ID, Name, reason for returning, front and back photo of the product to be returned.
  
  I will review the photos of the product to make sure that the product is not damaged, if the product is in intact condition, I will arrange a free pick up from your address and issue a refund once the pick up is made. All details, regarding the pick up and refund will be communicated to you on your registered e-mail.
  
  In case, the product is damaged in any way, the product will not be returned and no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to make sure that, you send clear photos (of the product to be returned) in order for me to decide as to whether a refund can be issued or not.
How long does it take to get a reply from you on my query?
- I reply back within 4-5 hours of receiving your query. All queries, return/cancellation/refund requests should be directed only to: aarshbatra.in@gmail.com.

Reviews, Comments, E-mails, forum discussions and other content

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."

All items purchased from Polyhedra Appreciation Society are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

However, Polyhedra Appreciation Society does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Polyhedra Appreciation Society or to products you purchase through Polyhedra Appreciation Society shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Uttar Pradesh, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Polyhedra Appreciation Society's intellectual property rights, Polyhedra Appreciation Society may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Indian Council of Arbitration. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
